Will be responsible for managing company's Client Services department that is comprised of several full-time and part-time software implementation specialists who work on engagements with customers.
The department's objective is to improve customer satisfaction and retention while providing billable consulting services around company's accounting software package, assisting with data migrations, and providing reporting needed for customer operations. Customers are mostly in the financial services industry and are located throughout the United States and internationally.
 
•             Develop solution plans and formalize them into billable engagements
•             Handle project management tasks to ensure successful execution of such solutions
•             Be responsible for maintaining a steady pipeline of future billable consulting engagement
•             Develop and nurture business relationships within the customer base to facilitate a sense of partnership with our customers as well as to sell add-on services
•             Escalate and see to resolution of customer issues
 
Required Qualifications
 
•             Experience with managing of enterprise software deployments related to the accounting or finance areas.
•             Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
•             Demonstrate one or both of the following skills:
o             o   Strong technical skills in the area of enterprise application integrations and Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, etc.
o             o   Understanding of accounting concept and processes
•             Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate high level solution plans.
•             Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
•             Job requires less than 10% travel on a national basis.
