Paperless Office System (POS) is the automated collection of Public Assistance eligibility information. It performs budgets for households to determine the level of financial assistance an applicant will receive. POS creates an electronic case folder of clients application including the scanned images of the submitted vital documents used for re-view, processed applications and eligibility determination.

Tasks & Duties
• Assist in developing a comprehensive project management plans.
• Assist in leading the planning and implementation of project.
• Assist in facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Assist in defining project tasks and resource requirements.
• Assist in managing project execution from start through completion.
• Assist in managing project resource allocation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines.
• Assist in tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Assist in providing direction and support to project team.
• Assist in providing management reporting and information dissemination.
• Assist in constantly monitoring and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Assist in presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to problems.
• Assist in publishing project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions.
• Assist in providing project quality assurance.
• Assist in developing quality assurance metrics to measure outputs.
• Assist in implementing and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
