Sales/Business Development Manager (IT Staffing)
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's services in a specified region or major geographical area using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers, and assist them in applying the services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
Experiences in the Technology Staffing are required.
This includes Contract, Contract to Hire and Full Time placement experience.
Established contacts and relationships with C-Level relationships in IT Industry are mandatory.
Self-Starter and should be able to bring business contacts with you.
Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
At least 5 years of experience in IT Staffing.
Should be able to act independently with little or no direction.
Should be able to generate business by Identifying leads and prospects from different sources.
Should be able to prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
Generating new Clients
Regularly meet sales targets
Willingness to go on field
Meet goals, set by leadership for regular account calls and meetings
Provide weekly status updates on account development, activity metrics, account challenges, and other relevant information directed by leadership
Ability to manage complex accounts and complex sales activities
Ability to navigate through accounts and get to decision makers
Identify and pursue decision makers in need of our services
Identify and pursue prime contractors to establish teaming relationships that are beneficial to the companyBuild relationships with target agency key representativesMeet in-person with Small Business representatives, program/project managers, and decision makers
Keep Executive Team updated on Industry spending trends and policies that would affect the company
Develop and manage a comprehensive database on opportunities and capture strategies
Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, business forums, and other related events
